Queen Street Bakery GF Super Food Bagels

Everything superfood bagels! Found in the freezer section at Whole Foods.

Paradigm Lemon Curd

Lemon curd for desserts, fillings, add to yogurt, etc. Found at New Seasons.

Ground Breaker Brewing GF Beer

Portland’s first GF brewery. Certified GF. Find at their brewery, in local grocers, and contact them for shipping out of state.

Terra Real Vegetable Chips Herbed Stuffing Flavored

CGF root veggie chips. At most major stores in many flavors.

Tinkyada Pasta Joy Lasagne Noodles

CGF, organic brown rice pasta. Found at New Seasons and other major grocers.

505 Mild Green Chile Salsa

505 Mild Green Chile Salsa makes the best tacos, migas, and skillet dinners! Available at most major grocers.

The Ojai Cook Lemon-Herb Lemonaise

The best thing you can put on a sandwich. Also, dip grilled chicken or french fries in this aioli! Available at gourmet grocers.

Fusilleria Gragnano Gluten Free Pasta

The closest to the real thing I’ve tried! Found at World Market.

Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free 7 Grain Bread

Found in the freezer section at Natural Grocers, and at other major retailers. Small slices but good taste and texture.

Van’s Gluten Free Blueberry Waffles

Fantastic taste and texture. Found at New Seasons. Also available at other large retailers.

Magic Spoon cereal

Kid cereal for adults! Grain free and made from dairy derivatives. No refined sugar but sweet. Other flavors like chocolate available. Found at Costco and Target.

Rudi’s GF Texas toast

Texas Toast is now available gluten free and it is delicious! Found in the freezer section at New Seasons.

Yum Earth Gluten Free Licorice

Gluten free licorice exists and this was strawberry, so even better! Find at major retailers.

Hawaiian Custard Butter Mochi Mix

Add eggs and milk and bake in a casserole dish and this “cake” comes out spongey on the bottom and a thin custard layer on top. Made from rice. Available in international markets and sections.

Black Forest Stretch Island Fruit Leather

100% fruit. Thin, tasty and portable. Available at Costco and Trader Joe’s.

Jones Sausage

My absolute favorite. Only ingredients are pork and salt. In the freezer section at Safeway and Market of Choice.

Catalina Crunch keto cereal

Grain free, sugar free, vegan. Found at Costco.

Deebees Organics Freeze Pops

Organic superfruit ice pop tubes. Large bags at Costco, small bags at New Seasons.

Wonder Monday Cheesecake

Cute little GF cheesecake available in a few flavors. Found at Market of Choice.

Al Amir Garlico Dip and Hummus

The best store-bought hummus you can find. Both are GF DF and the Garlico is delicious with everything. Found at Fred Meyer.

Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers

Crispy and great flavor! Fantastic for dip. Everything seasoning, sea salt varieties, and more.

Cybele’s Cookies

Free of the top 9 allergens and found at Walmart!

Late July Chips

Like a healthy alternative to Doritos! Available in many delicious flavors at most grocery stores and Costco.

Go Nanas Pumpkin Banana Bread Mix

Very moist and tasty. Low in sugar. Found at Market of Choice.

Lily Bean Lemon Scone Mix

Other mixes available in other flavors. Found at Market of Choice.

My Bread Gluten Free Soft Breadsticks

Similar to Olive Garden but a bit more dense. Buy frozen brush with butter and salt and bake for 3 minutes. 

King Arthur Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix

Found at Walmart! So fudgy and you can’t even tell they’re GF!

Pederson’s Keilbasa Sausage

The best Keilbasa I’ve ever had. Uncured and found at Natural Grocers.

Subscription service pre-made soup that are all natural, many are GF!

Heartland Lasagna Pasta

No-cook GF lasagna pasta with a fantastic recipe on the back! Found at Grocery Outlet.

Barilla Gluten Free Lasagna Pasta

Corn/rice penne that has a very similar taste and texture to regular pasta.

Capello’s Pizza

Certified GF grain-free frozen pizza. Found at Market of Choice, New Seasons, Natural Grocers.

Capello’s Ravioli

Certified GF grain-free ravioli (frozen), available in several flavors. So much flavor! Found at Market of Choice.

Ancient Harvest Shells

Corn, brown rice and quinoa pasta. This is the trickiest GF pasta to cook. Good taste and texture but MUST be stirred frequently while boiling, otherwise they’ll layer and stick together and won’t cook evenly.

Delallo Gluten Free Orzo

GF orzo exists! It’s made from rice and corn and is very similar to regular orzo. I use this for one dish meals like my Creamy Baked Orzo. Found at Lifesource in Salem and Market of Choice.

Wild Harvest Gluten Free Spaghetti

Fantastic taste and texture, very similar to regular pasta.

Savory Spice spice mixes

Found at Savory Spice at Old Mill in Bend, Oregon. Awesome spice mixes with a recipe for a meal on the pouch.

Chomps meat sticks

Certified GF meat sticks in a variety of flavors. Great for traveling! Available at most stores including Costco.

Pamela’s Honey Grahams

A delicious graham cracker alternative to the real thing. Use this for s’mores, snacks or pie crust. If used for pie crust, there’s no need to add additional sugar. One box=one pie crust.

Nuts on the Run

Available at select stores and their kiosk in Washington Square Mall, these are hands-down the best flavored nuts you will ever eat! Produced in a GF and peanut-free facility. Sea Salt Caramel Pecans are my favorite!

Mary’s Gone Crackers

Multi-grain and seed crackers that are hearty and flavorful. The herb flavor is VERY flavorful. Original is my favorite. These are delicious with cheeses, particularly soft cheeses, and dips.

Organic Kiolbassa Sausage

Organic beef kielbasa smoked sausage from Texas. Great in stir fry or barbecued. Don’t overcook as it will dry out.

Kevin’s Natural Foods Sauces

All certified gluten-free, these sauces are absolutely delicious and super flavorful! I love the Thai Coconut Sauce with sautéd chicken, veggies and jasmine rice!

Kevin’s Natural Foods Lemongrass Chicken

Kevin’s delicious and super-flavorful sauces mixed with pre-cooked chicken and available at major grocery stores and Costco. I like this option for a fast meal but I prefer a pouch of Kevin’s sauce on my own meats and veggies when I have more time.

Kevin’s pre-made meals

Moist, tender soux vide chicken with a flavorful, paleo Kevin’s sauce meal kit. I make some rice and a veggie for a fast dinner. Available at many major grocery stores.

Grlk Lebanese Garlic Spread

If you’ve never tried Lebanese Garlic Sauce (aka Toum) leave right now and go buy this! It is naturally GF, DF, super garlicky and delicious with everything, particularly grilled chicken. I found this at New Seasons Market.

Simply Organic French Fried Onions

Yes, you can eat green bean casserole gluten free! Kroger brand Simply Organic makes a gluten free Crispy French Fried Onions
